DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI
Upon arrival at Delhi meeting and assistance followed by transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 02: DELHI – VARANASI (BY FLIGHT AI-406 / ETD 1015 – ETA 1140 HRS)
This day you will be transferred to the Delhi airport on time to connect with your flight for Varanasi.
On arrival at Varanasi airport you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel. Later proceed for
Sarnath where Lord Buddha delivering his first sermon after attaining enlightenment 2500 years
ago. Visit Dhamekha Stupa and Deer park.
Evening witness the Ganga Aarti ceremony. Overnight stay in hotel.
DAY 03: VARANASI – BODHGAYA (APPROX 250 KMS / 6 HRS)
Early morning enjoy Boat ride on River Ganges and observe the way of life of pilgrims by the Ghats.
After than return to the hotel for breakfast and drive for Bodhgaya. On arrival at Bodhgaya check in
to the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay in hotel.
DAY 04: BODHGAYA SIGHTSEEING
After a breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and proceed for sightseeing of Bodhgaya. Visit
MAHABODHI TEMPLE built by Ashoka the Great in 3rd Century BC. Inside the temple, there are seven
sacred and essential places where Lord Buddha spent seven days each at one place after attaining
enlightenment. Visit the SACRED BODHI TREE. Also, Visit Monastries. After that visit, SUJATA VILLAGE
-The young lady Sujata, daughter of Senani (Head of Uruvela village), had offered Porridge (Kheer
preparation of Rice, Milk & Sugar) to Siddhartha when he was returning from Dongeswari Caves after
six long years of meditation and when Siddhartha was still in search for an appropriate place for his
reflection of enlightenment. Evening back to Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel in Bodhgaya.
DAY 05: BODHGAYA – RAJGIR – NALANDA – PATNA
After breakfast check out hotel and drive for Patna. Enroute visit Rajgir (70 Kms / 2.5 hrs) – the famous
World Peace Pagoda, Griddhakoot Hill, Venuvana Vihar. Nalanda (15 Kms) to explore the ruins of
great Nalanda University. Further drive for Patna (85 Kms / 3 hrs) Evening return to hotel in Patna.
Overnight stay in Patna.
DAY 06: PATNA – VAISHALI – KUSHINAGAR (APPROX 340 KMS / 8-9 HRS)
After breakfast drive for Kushinagar, Enroute visit Ashoka Pillar in Vaishali. On arrival Kushinagar hotel
check in and further proceed to visit Mahaparinirvana Temple. One of the most sacred shrines for
Buddhists across the world. Built-in the traditional Buddhist architectural style, this temple houses a
6 m long reclining nirvana statue of Lord Buddha, that was excavated in the year 1876. Back to hotel
and overnight stay in hotel.
DAY 07: KUSHINAGAR – LUMBINI (APPROX 200 KMS / 4 HRS)
After breakfast drive for Lumbini, on arrival check in to the hotel. Later visit the Maya Devi Temple
where Buddha was Born 2500 Years ago. After sightseeing return back to hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 08: LUMBINI – SRAVASTI (APPROX 225 KMS / 6 HRS)
After breakfast drive for Sravasti, On arrival check in to the hotel. Later proceed to visit Sahet Mahet
where Lord Buddha passed the greater part of his monastic life and preached after the enlightenment.
Also visit the Ananda Bodhi tree where Lord Buddha meditated for a night then visit Jetavan where
Lord Buddha performed some miracle. Overnight stay in hotel.
DAY 09: SRAVASTI – LUCKNOW (APPROX 170 KMS / 4 HRS)
LUCKNOW – AGRA (BY TRAIN / 15:35 – 19:20)
After breakfast drive for Lucknow, to board on train for Agra (Tundla Station) On arrival at
Tundla/Agra railway station deboard your train, met by our representative & transferred to the
hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.
DAY 10: AGRA SIGHTSEEING – DELHI DEPARTURE (APPROX 230 KMS / 4 HRS)
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing –
Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal, which is one man’s monumental testimony to love, has become
synonymous not only with this city but with all of India. A mausoleum built by Shah Jahan for his
empress Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj is the primary attraction of the city. The construction is believed to
have taken 18 years (1631-1648) with over 20,000 artisans working around the clock.

Agra Fort, designed and built by Akbar in 1565 A.D., built with barricaded wall of red sand stone; it
houses the beautiful Pearl Mosque and numerous palaces including the Jahangir Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas,
Diwan-i-Am, Macchhi Bhawan, Nagina Masjid, Meena Bazar, Moti Masjid, Sheesh Mahal, Musamman
Burj where from Taj Mahal is visible in all its beauty from one side of the fort. So very ironically,
Emperor Sahahjahan, prisoner of his son Aurangzeb in his old age was put in a cell from where he
could gaze at the Taj Mahal at a distance, from his cell in the fort.
Further drive for Delhi, in Delhi drive past India Gate, President House & Parliament house after than
you will be transferred to the Delhi airport for onward journey.
